Officer Ticket
The City of Charlack holds Municipal Court and traffic violations on the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 7:00pm
If you received a traffic violation in the City of Charlack from one the Charlack Police Department officers, see below information.

For information regarding the ticket you received from a Charlack Police officer, you may:
- Pay your fine by mail anytime prior to your designated court date, or
- Pay your fine in person between 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday at City Hall after the date your ticket was issued and prior to 3:30pm on your designated Court date, or
- Contest this complaint in Court at address, date and time for designated on your ticket or
- You can pay your ticket online by clicking on this link - trafficpayment.com
If you fail to appear on your Court date or pay your fine beforehand, a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
