The City of Charlack is located between St. Charles Rock Road and Midland along the I-170 corridor
on the southern edge of North St. Louis County. Our boundary streets include Bristow on the east,
Marshall on the west, St. Charles Rock Road on the north and Midland (and Forest) on the south
(See "Map" tab).
Charlack has its own Police Department, which consists of one full-time Chief of Police, two full time
Seargant's and 6 full-time Police Officers. We currently have 5 Police Cruisers in our fleet. Our
Police Department takes pride in the fact that the crime rate in Charlack has consistently dropped
over the last 8 years.
The City of Charlack has one board meeting per month on the 2nd Tuesday at 7:00pm at the City
Hall, which is located at 8401 Midland.
Our court nights are on the 1st and 3rd Monday's at 7:00pm at City Hall. The presiding judge is the
Honorable Judge Joseph Lott. Doors open at 6:30pm.
The City of Charlack has a Public Works Department with one full time employee.
We are located in the Ritenour School District, which includes Wyland Elementary, Ritenour Middle
School and Ritenour High School.
