About Us

The City of Charlack holds Municipal Court for code and traffic violations on the 1st and 3rd Mondays at
7:00pm. Doors open at 6:30. The honorable Judge Joe Lott, presiding. If you have received a complaint
for an ordinance / traffic violation in the City of Charlack, you may:

1. Pay your fine by mail anytime prior to your designated court date, or
2. Pay your fine in person between 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday at City Hall
after the date your ticket was issued and prior to 3:30pm on your designated Court date, or
3. Contest this complaint in Court at address, date and time for designated on your ticket.

If you fail to appear on your Court date or pay your fine beforehand, a warrant will be issued
                                                         for your arrest.

If you choose to pay by mail (desired), listed below is a schedule of fines. For any questions regarding
your fines or information about the Courts, please contact City Hall, Court Department at 314-427-4715.
Following the schedule of fines on this web page is a form that can be printed, filled out and returned to
the City of Charlack. Violations listed below that do not show the cost of the fine, rather the word "COURT"
can not be paid by mail or in person - you must show up for Court on your scheduled Court date.
